You need no gurus as you are one. All the answers and wisdom are already there, only we forgot how to communicate with ourselves. Our bodies are communicating all the time, without us listening or understanding. Pain indicates there´s something that needs our attention and we need to take a moment. Practice of tai chi will help you to get back to balance and to align inside and out. Shiatsu treatment will help you relieve pain immediately. To maintain this different state of being, I have developed these private moments of tai chi, chi kung, shiatsu and simple conversations.
